Hello and welcome to our buyer’s blog. My name is Jackie Hawley and I sell real estate at Keller Williams Realty in Clarkston Michigan. I have a small team that services both buyers and sellers in Southeast Michigan- primarily covering Oakland, Lapeer and Genesee Counties and parts of Macomb County and the Thumb area.I have been selling real estate full time for over 19 years and am good enough at it that I haven’t had to get a “real job” in this declining market that Michigan has been experiencing these past few years. My sales have kept me consistently in the top 9% of all agents in the country. Our office is located in Clarkston, MI and I grew up in Lake Orion, MI, graduated from Lake Orion High School and attended Oakland University. I currently live on a small 67 acre farm in Lapeer County. I work with both buyers and sellers, but for the purposes of this blog I will only be covering information about home buying.
Kari Butz is my buyer specialist and works only with buyers. Kari is an experienced Realtor who came into this business after successfully running her own art gallery/framing business for 15 years and selling if for a profit before our economy went into the crapper- talk about timing. And great business acumen.
Kelly Strzelecki is our assistant. Kelly is probably the most important person on this team. She keeps us organized, takes care of much of our paper work, fields calls when we’re on appointments and puts out fires.
