Lake Orion 4th of July Fireworks Postponed Until July 9th
Due to weather conditions- rain, hail, power outages… – the annual fireworks show has been postponed to the rain-out date of July 9. The first time in its 38 year history that the rain out date will be used.
The Lake Orion Fireworks Association (LOFA) plans on putting on a $30,000 show this year, topping last year’s spectacular outing. The fireworks barge will be anchored off of Squaw Island (all sports Lake Orion) and there will be concessions at Green’s Park.
Come early to snag your small (butt sized) piece of real estate to view the show.
